Terms of Services 1. A 3-month service charge should be paid to Keytone Development Ltd. upon the confirmation on agreement. Thereafter quarterly payment should be made. 2. All payments made to Keytone Development Limited are scheduled to bank-in every Friday, no service will be provided unless the process of bank-in is proofed. Additional charge will be imposed if service from Keytone Development Limited is requested to provide in advance. 3. Webpage(s) will be published after full payment (included deposit fee and balance fee) is settled and the process of bank-in is proofed 2 days in advance. 4. FTP account service can be provided upon request, an additional one-off administration cost of HK$1500 per year (per 1GB capacity) will be charged accordingly. 5. Name Server (DNS) changes may takes 24~36 hours to update throughout the internet. 6. Keytone Development Limited will only provide management duty on Web Hosting Service and do not bear any responsibility on its stability. 7. Customer must provide design brief and contact Keytone Development Limited (Administration Department) within 30 days from the confirmation of quotation is received. Otherwise, a handling fee of 30% & 50% of the quotation will be charged respectively after 30 & 60 days while termination of service will be made after 90 days without prior notice. 8. No service will be provided unless both design brief and information are fully provided by customer. All contents provided will be examined by Keytone Development Limited, if information is found false, no service will be provided until the correct information is received. 9. A minimum of 60% appearance on the clientˇs selected search engine will be guaranteed in the SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Guarantee Service. However, it is not guaranteed if the clientˇs website is not amended according to the advices given by Keytone Development Company Ltd. or a regular maintenance in search engine was done by the search engine provider. 10. Refunds for the PPC (Pay Per Click) service will not be made to the clients from China if their website or company violates the Chinese Governmentˇs policy. 11. Keytone Development Limited may temporarily deny service or terminate this agreement upon the failure of Account Holder to pay charges when they become due. Such termination or denial will not relieve the Account Holder of responsibility for the payment of all accrued charges, plus reasonable interest and any collection fees. 12. Keytone Development Limited reserves the right to add, delete, or modify any provision of this Policy at any time without notice. 13. Keytone Development Limited reserves the final decision in case of any dispute.
